Praeceptor Consulting was established in 2002 and is a family business with a strong record of working with different companies and employees of all levels in a variety of ways to help develop staff and organisations. We provide training courses in leadership, management, personal effectiveness and IT to different organisations and we specialise in courses and training tailored to the healthcare sector. We offer courses for those beginning their management career as an aspiring team leader to directors wishing to learn new skills.

With many of our clients in the NHS, we offer a variety of training programmes for healthcare workers wishing to pursue a career in nursing through to doctors and consultants requiring leadership skills. Our reputation in the NHS stems from our courses specifically tailored to the needs of our target groups and an understanding which comes from 15 years of working with the NHS.

As an ILM provider, we offer qualifications in leadership and management at levels 3,4 and 5 as well as a range of endorsed programmes to suit specific needs. Our courses can be offered in a traditional classroom, through a virtual classroom or as a self-directed option. All delegates are supported throughout their training as we believe everyone should be given the opportunity to develop their full potential.

Several of our courses are modular and can be combined with other courses to form a qualification. We understand that certificates are important, particularly for registered healthcare professionals seeking re-validation, and we provide certificates with an indication of CPD points for all programmes.
