Workload and Stress Management
Everyone has the same 168 hours in a week, yet most will agree there still isn’t enough time for everything! Understanding the principles of workload management and identifying different strategies to help us become more effective can also help alleviate stress. This course is aimed at those wanting to improve their time management through an understanding of the principles of time management. On completion, you can submit your learning activities to the course provider and if completed to a satisfactory level, you will receive a Certificate of Achievement.
