Developing Communication Skills
“Communication works for those who work at it” (John Powell). As the backbone of our relationships both in and out of the workplace, the power of communication can never be under-estimated. The more effort we put into our communication, the greater the rewards and increasing our awareness whilst developing different tools and techniques helps us to become more effective communicators. This course is aimed at people of all levels and in all roles wanting to develop their communication skills in the workplace to enhance working relationships. On completion, you can submit your learning activities to the course provider and if completed to a satisfactory level, you will receive a Certificate of Achievement.
There are two versions of this programme available - one is for general use and the other is specifically for healthcare staff.
