Understanding and Implementing Change
“The only constant in life is change” (Heraclitus). Whilst change is all around us constantly, many people find it difficult to understand and to implement change effectively. This course is aimed at leaders and managers wanting to increase their awareness of the impact of change on staff and how to implement change effectively. On completion, you can submit your learning activities to the course provider and if completed to a satisfactory level, you will receive a Certificate of Achievement.
