Course description
This is for people who are working in customer service and are wanting to learn how to provide a high quality service delivered from your workplace. The learner can work from the workplace, digitally or going out in the customers local area.
Some tasks within this qualification are dealing with order, offering advice and guidance, solving complaints, meet and greet and fixing problems.
To do this course you must be employed within the sector.

Suitability - Who should attend?
To become an apprentice, you must:
- be 16 or over
- not already be in full-time education
- live in England
You can start an apprenticeship whether you’re starting your career, want a change or you’re upskilling in your current job. You can have a previous qualification like a degree and still start an apprenticeship.
Expenses
Participants can enrol in the training course through either self-funding or company sponsorship.
