Customer Service Course Day Details

Our Customer Service courses are hands-on experiences with small class sizes, accommodating a maximum of six delegates to ensure ample interaction with the trainer and opportunities to ask questions!

Courses are offered as in-person classroom sessions or live online classes (via Zoom). All courses run from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with plenty of breaks throughout the day.
