Earlier this year 10 of our colleagues attended the Microsoft 365 Bootcamp Training with SquareOne. Although we already had the Microsoft 365 package in the business, we were not using it to its full potential. The training provided us with a comprehensive understanding of Microsoft 365, enabling us to utilise it effectively and it has already had a positive impact on the way we work. The trainer was fantastic, and the overall service from SquareOne was excellent. We highly recommend both SquareOne and the course for any organisation looking to maximize their Microsoft 365 usage.

At SquareOne Training we take pride in designing Spreadsheets for our customers, so we were delighted to be asked to design a solution to track staff courses and KPI alerts. In collaboration with MPW Learning, a programme called ‘Leadership Pathway Programme’ was designed to bring all of the skills of a large high street charity organisation management team up to date. After introduction of the programme, common working practices were restructured, productivity increased and management satisfaction improved.

Samantha Webley, a Personal Loans Team Leader at Cardiff based MotoNovo Finance, upon completing the LEAD Management Programme she decided for her ‘Making a Difference’ project to focus on developing a fully motivated Outbound Sales Team achieving an average of 125 personal loan sales per month.

Samantha has been with MotoNovo for over 15 years and has worked her way up the MotoNovo career path ladder which has include her roles as an Input and Payout Administrator, Key Account Manager and a Campaign Account Manager.
