Course description
This CQI/IRCA certified PT202: Performance Management coursewill provide practical skills development in the management of process operation and performance. Learners will leave the course with the capability of leading teams in the development of their management processes and be able to develop a set of performance measures that indicate how well operational processes meet customer and stakeholder requirements.

This PT202 performance management courseis aimed at those managing process performance and the development of performance measures supporting customer and stakeholder needs.
Prerequisites
Whilst there are no formal prerequisites, it is recommended that candidates attendFD106: Introduction to Process Designprior to taking this course.
Additionally, learners will need to have mathematical skills. A basic understanding of mathematics to be able to calculate; mean and standard deviation will be required. Some of the activities will be challenging if the learner has no mathematical skills.

You will have the knowledge to:
- Develop a balanced set of measures of performance against customer/stakeholder requirements and related process
- Ensure that measures are analysed to provide appropriate input of or fact-based decision making
You will learn the skills to:
- Define measures of process performance that reflect an understanding of specific key requirements of customers and stakeholders, including compliance requirements
- Extend performance measures to the supply
