Introduction
This course aims to enhance the performance of your daily activities by improving circulation, flexibility, strength and posture through chair-based exercise
You'll learn how to perform:
Warm up exercises to boost circulation,
Exercises to mobilise the shoulders, spine and ankles,
strengthening exercises for upper back, legs, arms, hips and wrists,
Standing exercises,
Circulation lowering exercises
Pelvic floor exercises.
Assessment
Teacher feedback, individual learning plans, student and peer self-assessment.
