Rather than worrying about what has happened or might happen, it trains us to respond skilfully to whatever is happening right now, be that good or bad. It will not eliminate life�s pressures, but on this introductory course, you can learn to use mindfulness practices to help respond to difficulties in a calmer manner that benefits your head, heart and body.Discounts are available for multiple bookings of this course.
