Course description
Floristry Level 3 Subsidiary Diploma: This course is excellent if you would like to build on your existing floristry skills and knowledge or progress from the Level 2 Diploma in Floristry and further develop your skills and techniques. You will learn a range of advanced practical skills including how to construct diverse wedding and sympathy designs as well as various styles of display. You also build on your knowledge of the principles of floristry design. You are assessed on your practical skills and written assignments. On completion of this course, you will be able to join the industry as an employed or self-employed florist. To be accepted on to this course, you will need to have completed the Floristry BTEC Level 2 Diploma or equivalent and preferably be working in the industry.Please note, you will be expected to purchase your own flowers each week and to adhere to Health & Safety rules.
