What will I learn?
As an Advanced Apprentice, you are likely to be given more responsibility in the workplace. In most cases you’ll be engaging with customers, making sure they are dealt with in a positive, reliable and pleasant way. This could be by offering advice on products and services, handling enquiries or even dealing with complaints professionally. During the Apprenticeship, you will develop the skills to provide excellentcustomer service which can be applied to hundreds of job roles across different sectors.

Suitability - Who should attend?
What do I need to know?
• An apprenticeship vacancy in your chosen area.• These will be set by your employer, but typically include 4 GCSEs at grade 4 (C) or above, plus a grade 3 (D) or above in English & maths.• You will have an interview.• You must pass an initial assessment in English & maths.• Experience in a customer service role will be beneficial.
