Assessing Vocational Achievement Level 3 Certificate: Have you completed Understanding the Principles of Assessment (Knowledge Unit) Level 3 Award? If so, this qualification is the next step for you. On this course, you will assess both occupational competence in the workplace and vocational skills, knowledge and understanding in settings such as workshops, the classroom or other training environments. Please note, to enrol on this course you must have access to assess a minimum of two candidates. You will build a portfolio, which includes direct observations and you have one-to-one support - a maximum of six, one hour sessions, which take place in the College as agreed with your tutor. Once you have completed the Certificate and gained some experience, you can progress on to the Internal Quality Assurance (formerly Internal Verification) qualification or the Award in Education & Training (AET).Please note, if you have already completed the Knowledge Unit you will receive those course fees as a credit against the overall fee for this course.If you are aged 19 or over then you may be able to apply for an Advanced Learner Loan.
