Mindfulness Meditation - Introduction: The aim of this course is to provide opportunities for you to explore and understand the use of meditation as a tool to manage daily stresses and strains through the use of Mindfulness practice. It is a gentle course that allows you to relax and learn meditation and relaxation techniques. Learning a gentle and gradual process to of listening to the mind, while sitting in observation of the body-mind connection through the breath.
Developing mental consciousness ranges from our experiences of anger and desire to the subtle level of complete stillness and clarity.
This is achieved by observing and dealing with the rest of the mind. Allowing the brain to relax in order to awaken our own inner wisdom.
This course is suitable for complete beginners to more expert meditation practitioner.
