From time to time, employers may find themselves in the position of having to terminate the employment of members of staff. However, the termination of the employment relationship can actually occur in a number of different ways.
This virtual classroom seminar will seek to provide an overview of the current law relating to all aspects of the termination of the employment relationship. It will include the recent Supreme Court ruling in Newcastle upon Tyne Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust v Haywood.
