Course description
Employment law is extensive and can be confusing. Build your knowledge and confidence by learning to resolve various common employment law issues.
This course explores the entire employment lifecycle from recruitment to termination and considers the range of workplace challenges that can arise throughout employment.
The workshop predominantly covers England and Wales employment law and will have references to the law in Scotland. It will not cover law or employment law advice in Northern Ireland.

Course delivery details
This is a three-day course, delivered on consecutive days. Each day has 4.5 hours of facilitated online learning.
You’ll take part in a blend of practical activities and facilitated discussions and will better understand employment issues in their real-life context using case studies. You’ll also participate in group discussions to explore key concepts relating to employment law advice. These will provide a framework you can analyse and apply to everyday practice – helping you navigate employment issues as and when they emerge.
You’ll receive course materials to support you as you apply what you have learnt to the workplace.
At the end of this employment law practitioner course, you’ll receive a certificate.
