Is this course right for me?
- This course is aimed at new managers and those soon to be stepping up into a team leader/management role, regardless of industry or function.
- If you have recently moved into a management role (in the last 12-18 months) and have not yet engaged in any management development, then this programme would be extremely beneficial for you. It will provide you with the skills and confidence to support you to perform your management role effectively to achieve the desired results within your team.
Are there any formal entry requirements?
- There are no formal entry requirements for this course, however those who join this programme should ideally already be in a management role or planning to move into a management role in the next 12 months.
- Please note that for our online programmes, you are required to have access to suitable IT resources (access to a laptop/PC/iPad/tablet) and an internet connection to be able to access the ‘live’ online workshops.
