Course description

Key to the success of a new manager is to understand what is expected from employees and senior managers alike. Expectations are different, depending on whether it’s based on the perspectives of those you supervise or the executives you answer to.

Understanding and Appreciating Leadership: The Art of Influencing Others

  • Develop your leadership style to gain commitment from employees

Coaching for Performance

  • How does coaching develop, enhance and achieve goals
  • Know the requirements and importance of coaching

Day 4

Creating a Motivational Climate

  • Define motivation and your role in creating a motivational setting
