Retail and Customer Service SEND: Entry Requirements: Student who have achieved Entry Level Qualifications and have an EHCP Level 11 or 2 years Students will have the opportunity to develop previous skills and knowledge gained in customer service, retail and hospitality industry sectors. The course will develop the employability skis of the SEND students in a variety of customer service industries by taking a holistic approach to promote communication and teamwork skills building on pre-preparation for independence and adulthood
