After introduction of the programme, common working practices were restructured, productivity increased and management satisfaction improved.

Earlier this year 10 of our colleagues attended the Microsoft 365 Bootcamp Training with SquareOne. Although we already had the Microsoft 365 package in the business, we were not using it to its full potential. The training provided us with a comprehensive understanding of Microsoft 365, enabling us to utilise it effectively and it has already had a positive impact on the way we work. At SquareOne Training we take pride in designing Spreadsheets for our customers, so we were delighted to be asked to design a solution to track staff courses and KPI alerts. This spreadsheet was implemented in 2018, but completely changed the way the company worked and made the data not only accurate but trackable.

On 23rd October 2024, staff and leaders at the Institute for Educational & Social Equity, were delighted to host Ms Karah Whitter, Senior Staff Inspector, Quality Assurance, at its office in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire, to explore collaborative opportunities in research and research management.

The National Education Inspectorate (NEI) is responsible for quality assurance in just over 1,000 public primary and secondary schools in Jamaica. Ms Whitter's visit follows a visit to the National Education Inspectorate in June 2024 by IESE Director, Professor Paul Miller.
