Samantha has been with MotoNovo for over 15 years and has worked her way up the MotoNovo career path ladder which has include her roles as an Input and Payout Administrator, Key Account Manager and a Campaign Account Manager.

At SquareOne Training we take pride in designing Spreadsheets for our customers, so we were delighted to be asked to design a solution to track staff courses and KPI alerts. This spreadsheet was implemented in 2018, but completely changed the way the company worked and made the data not only accurate but trackable.

Earlier this year 10 of our colleagues attended the Microsoft 365 Bootcamp Training with SquareOne. Although we already had the Microsoft 365 package in the business, we were not using it to its full potential. The training provided us with a comprehensive understanding of Microsoft 365, enabling us to utilise it effectively and it has already had a positive impact on the way we work. Nigel Dobbs is currently the Production Manager at LyondellBasell Industries previously known as A Schulmans, Crumlin Plant which manufactures compounding plastics for a range of component manufactures. He has worked at the plant for a total of 44 years and is responsible for three Production Shift Managers operating a 24-hour shift pattern, 60 Production Staff and liaises directly with Planning, Laboratory Test, Quality, Logistics, Maintenance, Customers and EU Colleagues.
