Course delivery details
This CIPD organisation development course is delivered across two all-day online learning sessions over two weeks.
The course includes facilitated online learning, interactive group work and independent learning. You’ll have time to reflect on how practices relate to your organisation and how to mobilise your people and deliver on your organisation’s key strategic goals and mission.
You’ll receive a resource pack ahead of the sessions, including essential reading to complement your online learning and group work.
At the end of this organisation development online course, you’ll receive a certificate.
