The course offers an introductory approach that will allow participants to start their OD&D practice and be confident in using a framework for each discipline.
We will cover the essentials of organisation design and development, building on your existing knowledge. We explore the practical use of frameworks, models, and theories, and examine the impact of organisation design using a design framework. In organisation development, we discuss the consultancy cycle and a dialogical approach with practical steps. Self-development plays a crucial role in both areas, including the concept of 'use of self as an instrument of change' for reflective practice.

This is a three-day, online course.
You'll receive additional reading which we recommend you complete before the first session.
At the end of this basic OD&D course, you’ll receive a certificate.
Before this course begins, you’ll receive a resource pack which will include essential reading. At the end of the course, you will be directed towards further resources to help you develop your action plan and embed your practice in the workplace.
