Course description
We will learn the foundations of a Yoga practice.
This 10 week course will look at how to transition from the floor to standing, balance and breathing/moving well.
There will be time spent learning Basic Asana (postures), simple Pranayama Techniques (breath exercises) and meditation.
We will slowly build up different techniques, options and variations will always be offered to accommodate everyone.
