Overview
By the end of this course you will have reflected on the key differences in why some clinicians seem to ‘have it made’ in life. During the course the speaker will share some communication gems from the real-world of a GDP, all of which will help your daily patter flow more freely. This course will help your team to see their own value and their value in nurturing patient relationships.
On this short course you'll:
- discuss the difference between ‘what’ you do and ‘why’ you do it
- discuss the key points of your patient journey, choreography without scripting and how to ‘co-diagnose’ with patients
- discuss the analogies and communication gems with real people relate to
- discuss what a ‘Pre-Mortem’ is and why systems work
