Course description
Agile PM® provides a holistic approach to project management. This course is accredited by APMG International. Agile PM® develops a high level plan in the early stages of a project. The project team then creates the detailed steps. Projects are run using an iterative, incremental approach with the business closely involved throughout. The aim is to run a speedy project in a flexible way involving all parties but never the less maintaining high standards. The course will enable you to: Develop a more advanced, applied level of knowledge to gain an understanding of Agile leading to succesful management; Actively promote trust and close cooperation between the business and developers; Improve time to market project success rate; Accelerate results by encouraging stakeholders engagement
