Professional Cookery Level 1:
This qualification will give you a comprehensive introduction to the hospitality industry teaching you a range of skills including boiling, braising, stewing, baking, roasting, grilling and frying all meats and poultry. Kit and uniform required plus attendance on 5 Saturday workshops.
