Apprenticeship Commis Chef (Standard)
Working as a commis chef is a great way of getting started in a kitchen; while it's the most junior culinary role it provides a means of learning a range of key skills on the job.

You need to be employed in a Commis Chef role, hold a relevant level 1 (GCSE 2 – 9) maths and English qualifications, or be working at entry level 3 on initial assessment.
