Course description

Professional Cookery Intermediate Apprenticeship:

This programme is designed for staff to train as chefs in fine dining/casual dining settings in restaurants, hotels and gastro pubs. There are no formal entry requirements but employers are looking for those who are keen to work as part of a team and have a ‰Û÷can do‰Ûª attitude.
