Course description
This programme is designed for staff to train as chefs in fine dining/casual dining settings in restaurants, hotels and gastro pubs. There are no formal entry requirements but employers are looking for those who are keen to work as part of a team and have a ‰Û÷can do‰Ûª attitude. Achieving the Level 2 Intermediate Apprenticeship in Professional Cookery will enable to Learn and develop the skills required for work and career progression in the hospitality and catering sector; Meet the occupational requirements to pursue a career in professional cookery; Gain a qualification that is valued by employers across this sector; Develop a good understanding of professional cookery in the hospitality environment.
