Go! Fitness Class:
A unique programme suitable for all genders and ages but especially apt for those 50+ who would like to maintain balance, stability and fitness through fun and innovative exercises. Led by a qualified Postural Stability Instructor these classes are structured, elevating, friendly and most importantly, fun.
