Suitability - Who should attend?

This course targets learners who will be actively involved as team members in communication with stakeholders within their organisation. Learners will gain hands-on experience and awareness of the fundamental tools, techniques and structured methodology for Stakeholder Communication. Learners will leave the course with the capability to participate as a member of a team in the application of the key tools within their organisation.

You will have the knowledge to:

  • List the ways the organisation can effectively communicate with stakeholders and customers.
  • Appreciate the attributes of effective verbal and written communication, including traditional and social media.
  • Understand the different types of questions and questioning styles
  • Evaluate different methods of presenting ideas in a positive way.
  • Understand the key ways their own organisation generates (or could generate) data about its customer and stakeholder requirements and the methods of communication involved.

You will learn the skills to:

  • Effectively communicate taking account of customer and stakeholder requirements.
  • Effectively communicate policies, processes and plans.
  • Gather insights through effective communication.
  • Implement improvement and change through effective communication.
  • Communicate requirements for governance, according to stakeholder’s needs, to be effectively communicated through the organisation.
