Course description
This course will provide learners with the development of key skills in communicating, influencing and negotiating across a broad range of organisational contexts. Learners will leave the course with the capability to evaluate and improve both their own communications and those of others within their organisation.

This course targets learners who will be actively involved as team members in communication with stakeholders within their organisation. Learners will gain hands-on experience and awareness of the fundamental tools, techniques and structured methodology for Stakeholder Communication. Learners will leave the course with the capability to participate as a member of a team in the application of the key tools within their organisation.

You will have the knowledge to:
- List the ways the organisation can effectively communicate with stakeholders and customers.
- Appreciate the attributes of effective verbal and written communication, including traditional and social media.
- Understand the different types of questions and questioning styles
- Evaluate different methods of presenting ideas in a positive way.
- Understand the key ways their own organisation generates (or could generate) data about its customer and stakeholder requirements and the methods of communication involved.
You will learn the skills to:
- Effectively communicate taking account of customer and stakeholder requirements.
- Effectively communicate policies, processes and plans.
- Gather insights through effective communication.
- Implement improvement and change through effective communication.
- Communicate requirements for governance, according to stakeholder’s needs, to be effectively communicated through the organisation.
