Introduction
This course will suit you whether you're a beginner or experienced student. You'll explore Iyengar yoga practices, poses and breathing exercises with a view to developing your own yoga practice. You'll start by studying the essential movements which you'll use to form a classical yoga practice.
Iyengar yoga takes its name from BKS Iyengar who, for more than 60 years, developed his own innovative and inspiring approach to classical yoga.
