Landscape Gardening Level 2: Interested in the environment? A career in Landscape Gardening offers something for everyone. You can be creative and learn how to design beautiful gardens. This course is a great introduction to the skills and knowledge you need to form a solid base for a lifelong career. Topics covered include practical horticultural skills, plant identification & knowledge, garden maintenance and how to use specialist tools & equipment. You will learn hard landscaping skills including laying patios, paving, fencing, lawn & hedge maintenance and using a wide range of horticultural will complete a work placement to build up practical hands-on experience. In addition, you have the opportunity to improve your English and maths. You will need safety boots and warm clothes for working outdoors.

Suitability - Who should attend?
