Learners must:
- Be 19 years of age and over
- Have considerable work experience as a junior manager, first-line manager or similar job role.
- Possess the ability to complete the Level 4 Qualification

It will assess how managerial techniques and behaviour might be adjusted to reach organisational desires.
Unit2- Understanding organisational culture, values and behaviour

Unit3- Personal development as a manager and leader

Unit4- Management report writing
