If so, our Level 3 Leadership and Management qualification offers you the transferable and practical skills you need to manage your team well and achieve a high level of performance.

The course is practical and skills based. You will be able to implement the learning immediately.
Assessment is via written assignments or recorded professional discussion with one of our assessors.

We offer a 3 module option for the Level 3 Award:
- Leading and Motivating a Team Effectively
- Understanding Performance Management
- Understanding Conflict Management in the Workplace
****Assessment via one-to-one professional discussion is available for the above modules**** This means NO WRITTEN WORK REQUIRED
In-house teams can build a 3 or 4 module course using any of the following modules:
- Understanding how to manage remote workers
- Understanding stress management in the workplace
- Managing workplace projects
- Leading and Motivating a Team Effectively
- Understanding Performance Management
- Understanding the Communication Process in the Workplace

Are you looking to attend the course in person? We run the Level 3 Award in-person over 3 consecutive days at venues in Central London. The 3 training days will provide you with all the learning you require to complete your assignments and achieve the qualification.
Are you looking for this programme to be delivered for your team? We can run this course on-site for businesses or via MS Teams specifically for your group of learners. Minimum of 4 learners per group.
