BSc(Hons) Sports Performance and Coaching
This course has been designed to help you develop skills and knowledge in order to develop and critically analyse long-term coaching programmes in relation to the impact made on an athlete’s performance. You will also evaluate theories in relation to nutritional aids and how they can enhance performance.
