Course description

This virtual classroom seminar will look at some recent cases and what to learn from them, the issues from separation to divorce and then post-divorce transactions.


Seasoned presenter Jeremy Mindell will discuss topics including CGT both in and after the year of separation, holdover relief, transfers of assets, the family business, principal private residence relief, contracts and orders, maintenance for children, overseas aspects, remarriage, and what can be learned from recent case law.
