Introduction
The law surrounding cohabitation is becoming an area which family practitioners are increasingly being expected to advise on.
This live broadcast session, which is set at in introductory level, will cover the key issues and the developing case law in this area. You are not expected to have any prior knowledge in the area of cohabitation in undertaking this course. It will involve considering how the case law has developed to then understand how best to advise your clients.
There will be a reference to the Civil Procedure Rules in the course, but they are not covered in great detail in this course.
