The session will look at points to consider for repaying an outgoing lender and negotiation points during the life of the loan and when waivers/consents and amendments are required.
Debra is a partner in Hill Dickinson's banking team and specialises in real estate finance. Her clients include a broad mix of institutional lenders, debt funds, alternative lenders and borrowers on both investment and development transactions. She has also worked on several green and SLL loans.
