Course description

With the world becoming a more mobile place, most trust and estate practitioners will at some stage encounter an estate administration with a cross-border element.

When you encounter a different legal system, you will need to be able to think flexibly and creatively, whilst understanding that the way that we traditionally administer estates and approach problems may not work in a cross-border setting.

This virtual classroom seminar will guide you through several cross-border scenarios and ways in which these can be approached. The session will also explore changes to the way the EU Succession is being interpreted in some EU member countries.

This new virtual classroom seminar will guide you through several cross-border scenarios and ways in which these can be approached.

The session will also explore changes to the way the EU Succession is being interpreted in some EU member countries.
