BRCGS Global Standard for Food Safety Issue 9 - Issue 8 to 9 Conversion for Auditors
This course has been designed to provide Participants with a full understanding of the general principles of the requirements of the Standard, including fundamental clauses and statements of intent, and how to undertake an audit against Issue 9 of the standard, including planning and reporting of the audit.
Suitability - Who should attend?
Existing Certification body auditors or new auditors seeking registration, consultants, as well as technical and quality managers who wish to gain an in-depth understanding of the audit process.
It is a requirement from BRCGS for all Participants to have downloaded and read a copy of the Global Standard before attending this course. They also must have completed a HACCP course of at least two days duration.
Outcome / Qualification etc.
Participants successfully completing the course will be awarded a BRCGS Certificate issued by the BRCGS. Our course tutors are Approved Training Providers for BRCGS. They are experienced with extensive practical knowledge across a wide range of sectors including food manufacturing, retail, and hospitality.
