There are no formal entry requirements for this course.
Please note that for our online programmes, you are required to have access to suitable IT resources (access to a laptop/PC/iPad/tablet) and an internet connection to be able to access the ‘live’ online workshops.
Training Course Content
This course is delivered as a one-day programme (or 2 online workshops). An overview of the specific topics and content to be included are below.
- Understanding coaching
- The benefits of using coaching as a ‘management style
- The value of coaching in creating autonomous and empowered teams
- An introduction to at least two recognised coaching models
- Basic coaching skills (listening and questioning skills to effectively coach others in the workplace)
- Coaching tools and techniques
- Peer to peer coaching session
