Course description

This two-day interactive coaching skills course is suitable for leaders, managers, supervisors, HR professionals, and anyone interested in harnessing the power of a coaching approach in the workplace.

Coaching skills provide managers with the tools to support the development of confident, skilled, and high-performing individuals and teams, as well as the ability to effectively manage challenging situations and conversations.   • Holding conversations with purpose
  • Coaching culture and the sphere of influence
  • How to effectively hold formal conversations
  • Coaching for feedback using the 5 conversations framework
  • Coaching through difficult conversations
  • Coaching for performance using the Skill/Will matrix tool
  • Practical Coaching Activity
  • How to effectively deliver corridor coaching – informal, conversations ‘on-the-run’
