Coaching as a Line Manager (CaaLM) is a dynamic modular programme designed for organisations committed to developing essential coaching skills in their managers and leaders. The CaaLM certificate will not only enhance communication styleand options but will also provide managers with a pathway towards a coaching qualification should they wish to do so.
This programme is available in house, in person or virtually using zoom.

The learning experience
Learning is shared through faculty-led sessions with hands-on practice in pair and group work over four transformative months. The programme kicks off with a dynamic 2-day workshop followed by four engaging 2-hour CaaLM Conversations, where participants put theory into practice under the guidance of expert faculty.

CaaLM Conversations (4 x two hour sessions)
Held monthly, in-person or virtually, these sessions create a collaborative space for faculty-led discussions and peer interaction in triads/quads.
The programme’s experiential style of learning allows you topractise coaching skills from day oneand will enable you to better understand how and why coaching is an effective development tool.
Your learning will be supported todevelop a trusted space with your colleagues, with ashared agreement on confidentiality. You will be encouraged to practice your skills and grow your confidence from personal and structured feedback.
