Course description
Overview
In this course you will gain an understanding of the different types of commercial property transaction and the key stages of a property transaction in both freehold and leasehold title. You will be introduced to different contracts for sale and amendments. Using case studies, you will become familiar with the different forms of commercial tenancy and understand the impact of security of tenure for both the landlord and the tenant.

This course will be of benefit to trainee solicitors, junior solicitors, solicitors new to this area of practice, and professionals in other disciplines seeking a broad knowledge of commercial property.
