This introduction to residential conveyancing is designed for support staff and paralegals who carry out some of the conveyancing tasks involved in a sale or purchase, but who want to have a deeper understanding of the process.
While this live broadcast does not specifically cover the completion of conveyancing forms and other documents, it does provide an essential overview of key elements of the conveyancing process, from initial instructions until completion of the transaction.
You will gain an understanding of basic money laundering rules, lenders’ instructions, and the UK Finance Handbook. Presenter Stephen Desmond will also discuss joint tenancies and tenancies in common, seeking replies to enquiries, pre-contract searches, and the key differences between forms TR1 and TP1, plus much more.
