- Make the right choices about behaviour in various situations
- Learn to manage in a way that can avoid having difficult conversations
- Learn how to absorb the additional demands during the working day
- Establish a process which allows sound management of team conduct and performance
- Understand the effect of different types of questions and learn to communicate in an assertive way
- Minimise the risk of alienating team members by planning discussions and use a process that will achieve the required outcome
- Be consistent and learn techniques to manage in a way that is comfortable and that brings consistency to the team’s performance

Expenses
The cost of this in-house course is £1,200 (+VAT and travel expenses) for up to twelve people. BiteSize Learning courses are discounted if two are delivered in one day, from £1,200 for a single course to £2,160 for two courses in one day.
