Course description
The module will provide opportunities for you to develop an in depth knowledge of the ECG, enhance your knowledge and decision-making skills in relation to arrhythmia and conduction disturbance recognition and evidence based best practice management.
What's covered in the course?
You will have the opportunity to develop skills of enquiry, reflection and problem solving. You will be encouraged to think critically and share practice experiences with your fellow students from a range of Clinical Environments, as well as engaging in both directed and self-directed learning activities.

Course structure
You will spend most of your time in directed and self-directed study and some of your time at the university in the classroom. You will be an active partner in your own learning and development and in return you will receive feedback aimed at developing your academic skills, and have the opportunity to discuss your progress with the module team.
The module can be studied as stand-alone CPD or as part of the cardiac care award.
