At Barking & Dagenham College we help turn your creativity into a rewarding career leading to the possibility of many and varied job opportunities, from decorating brand new buildings to the restoration and refurbishment of existing properties. There is nothing more rewarding than turning a shabby dull room into one which is freshly decorated and something to be proud of! This course will enable you to confidently: - prepare surfaces - use brushes & rollers to apply a variety of paints - hang wallpaper - apply specialist effects such as rag roll or stencilling - understand health and safety - improve your employability skills On completion of the course many of our learners get a job in the trade
