Course description
The Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) Chartered Membership Programme offers a route for students with significant management experience to become members of the CIOB (MCIOB). Alternatively, you may have completed the CIOB Site Management programmes. The Programme is delivered over one year with the four units above making up the programme. Students will complete 4 units including - Construction Technology - Management - Contracts and Commercial Practice - Health, Safety and the Environment This course will can lead to Chartered Membership of the Chartered Institute of Building following successful completion of a professional review.

Suitability - Who should attend?
You will have typically worked in a management role for at least five years. However, you may also be a technical or specialist professional working in the construction industry with relevant qualifications. You are likely to have: - A CIOB Level 4 Diploma in Construction Site Management, or - A HNC in Construction, or - A Level 6 NVQ Diploma in Construction Site Management. All students will need to attend an interview with a CIOB representative.
